We at UrbanMatter are sure of the quality of our products and want our customers to feel good about shopping with us.  This Warranty Policy tells you what your rights are and what your coverage is for product defects.

 Coverage of the Warranty

 All items bought from UrbanMatter.shop come with a 6-month warranty against defects in the way they were made.

 This warranty covers problems like broken zippers, bad stitching, or problems with the material.

 What Is Not Covered

 This warranty doesn't cover:

 Normal wear and tear.

 Accidental damage, like cuts, stains, or using something wrong.

 Damage done by not taking care of, washing, or handling things properly.

 Items that are on clearance, for sale, or can't be returned.

 How to Make a Warranty Claim

 Please email us at contact@UrbanMatter.shop with your order number and a description of the problem.

 Take clear pictures of the problem and the product.

 We'll look over your claim and let you know if it's approved or denied.

 If you agree, we will offer one of the following options:

 Replacement of the broken item, if there is stock available.

 If possible, fix the item.

 If a replacement isn't possible, give the money back to the original payment method.

 Length

 You have to make a warranty claim within six months of the date you bought the item.

 Our warranty no longer covers products after this time.
